Refund and Returns Policy
Change of mind/ Bought the wrong item.
You can return any unwanted product within 14 days of receipt, provided that it is:-
In its original packaging with all swing tags or labels still attached and in a resellable condition.
The item should be unused.
Not missing any parts manuals or accessories.
Kindly note, that certain products can not be returned due to hygiene purposes. EG. Underwear, bed linen, jewelry, swimwear, health and beauty, food, beverages, and grooming products, to name a few. No refund applies if there is any evidence that the product has been used. Customers have the choice of sending the goods back to us.
You should contact us on our support before sending back the product, or else the return won’t be accepted and you will have to pay the receiving shipment as well
Please insert the order number inside the packaging. We will assess the returned item & credit your account or refund your purchase, excluding the courier costs.
We must collect:- Please contact us at support@dealo.co.za to arrange collection. Please ensure that you package the item securely to protect it against getting damaged in transit. Once we have completed our inspection, we will either credit or refund your purchase, excluding the courier costs.
Out-of-box failure or Incorrect item received
Please notify us at support@dealo.co.za within three days of receiving your order. Please provide us with your order number and a brief description of the item received. We will be in touch within seven days to arrange a collection of the incorrect item. Kindly ensure the item is securely packaged.
Using our courier (door to door) or arranging on your behalf for the item to be collected using one of our preferred couriers.
Please contact us at support@dealo.co.za within three days of receiving your order. We may request you to send us pictures of the damages. We will arrange a collection for our warehouse and will inspect the goods. Once the inspection has been concluded, we will replace the item upon stock availability. Failing that, we will refund or credit your account for the Damaged goods in full.
Once the item has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect it, and the correct item will be couriered to you, subject to availability. If we are out of stock, we will refund you in full or credit your account for the purchase.
